pleasant stay , but room needed better beds
The staff provided an exceptional level of service when there was an issue with our room. The upgraded Deluxe double room offered beautiful views and ample space, meeting all our expectations.
The mattress firmness was not to our liking.

We stayed for 4 nights with our two grown kids and loved the location! It was only a short walk to Nishiki Market and Gion, perfect for sightseeing and shopping. The staff was incredibly professional and attentive, making our stay seamless.
My kids wished there was a larger variety of breakfast options for families. A better breakfast setup would be ideal for longer stays.

Comfortable Stay with Unique Showers and Helpful Staff
Enjoyed five nights in a well-sized, clean twin room. The highlight? An impressive shower that made every morning refreshing. The Italian restaurant nearby is a must-try but be cautious of the bar charges in the lobby. Make sure to try breakfast at the café instead.

I loved the location! It was so easy to explore the nearby temples and shopping area. The room was quite comfortable but a bit small for three. 🛏️ The breakfast options could use some variety.

missingWrote a review on May 29friendly staffconvenient locationtiny roomlong wait timeslimited breakfast
Excellent location near shopping and dining options, with a quick walk to key attractions. Staff were very professional, providing helpful recommendations and services like luggage forwarding. The room was smaller than expected, and there were limited laundry facilities, often leading to waits for machines. However, the local food scene, including nearby homemade organic products, made meals easy to enjoy.

The dimly lit lobby with its elegant black marble floor and modern red art provided a sophisticated atmosphere. The hotel's proximity to shopping and dining made it easy for me to explore without much walking.
A few more seating options would be nice.

Family with children excellent stay
The location cannot be beat! Just a quick walk away from major attractions, I was very pleased with the convenience. Another highlight was the delicious breakfast, with so many options to choose from. I didn't go hungry that's for sure!
It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable for the quality.
